Our Services
We offer specialized consultative services tailored to meet the unique needs of families with children facing neurodivergence, developmental challenges, or struggles at home, school, or socially. Our approach focuses on understanding your concerns and providing effective, practical solutions through consultation.
We work with families with toddlers up through adolescents transitioning into adulthood and have expertise in working with a wide range of neurodivergence including, but not limited to developmental delay, ADHD, autism, learning disability, anxiety, depression, cognitive impairment, as well as children with medical complexities.
Consultation
We partner with families to explore concerns, understand challenges, and determine the best and most strategic ways to support their child's growth and well-being.
We do this by:
- Reviewing school and private evaluations
- Reviewing IEPs and 504 plans, other school documents, and communications to empower parental advocacy
- Identifying a child’s areas of difficulty and how they affect daily functioning, while helping families recognize and build upon their child’s unique strengths
- Creating CareMaps for children with special needs connecting the dots between home, health care, school, and the community
Guidance
From navigating educational systems to tailoring recommendations, we offer extensive experience and knowledge to support your family's journey.
We do this by:
- Connecting families with trusted private evaluators and service providers to help with the diagnostic process and intervention
- Guiding families in initiating special education services by facilitating communication, clarifying the process and their legal rights, and fostering a collaborative partnership between the family and the educational team
Support
We help families with toddlers through adolescents, specializing in neurodivergence, developmental delays, and medically complex children.
We do this by:
- Providing strategies for families to help with behavioral management, executive functioning, and adaptive functioning
- Connecting families with local and national resources, as well as with other tools that might be helpful for the child and family
- Help drafting school communications
